Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your gear is on its way, estimated delivery times are:
* United States: 7-12 business days.
* International Locations: 10-15 business days.
Please note that international delivery times may vary depending on local customs clearance procedures.
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also view your order status in your account dashboard if you created one.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Due to the complexities of international logistics, we generally only accept returns or exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or shipped incorrectly. We do not offer returns for “change of mind” or sizing issues at this time. Click here for return details.
Please inspect your order upon reception. If you believe you have received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, you must contact us at support@pettrekgo.com within 15 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right, either through a replacement or a refund.
📏 Sizing & Fit
Getting the right fit is essential for safety and comfort. You’ll need to measure two spots:
1. Neck: Around the base of the neck, where a collar sits.
2. Chest: Around the widest part of their ribcage, just behind the front legs. Please verify your measurements against the size chart on each specific product page.
If your dog is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit, adjusting the straps as needed. If you are unsure, feel free to contact us with your dog’s measurements for a recommendation!

Safety is our priority. Our travel harnesses are engineered with reinforced stitching and durable, automotive-grade materials designed to keep your dog secure during sudden stops and stabilize them on winding roads.
We know adventures get messy! Most of our soft goods (harnesses, organizers) are machine washable on a gentle, cold cycle. We recommend air drying them to prolong their life. Please check the care label on individual products for specific instructions.
