Where We Ship & Estimated Delivery Times

We ship worldwide. Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States: 7-12 business days.
  • International Locations: 10-15 business days.

Please Note: These are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a email containing a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package’s journey to your doorstep.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

We want your international shopping experience to be seamless and worry-free. All applicable customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs are already included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery. What you see is what you pay.


Return & Refund Policy

We want you and your pet to love our gear. However, due to the complexities and high costs of international logistics, we have specific guidelines for returns.

Standard Return Policy (Change of Mind / Sizing)

At this time, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind,” personal preference, or sizing issues for international orders. We strongly encourage you to measure your pet carefully and consult our sizing guides before placing an order to ensure the perfect fit.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect (wrong item shipped):

  1. Contact Us Immediately: Please email our support team at support@pettrekgo.com within 15 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide Proof: Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographic proof of the defect or damage.

Once we review and approve your claim, we will offer a free replacement or a full refund to your original payment method. There is no need to return the defective item in this case.

Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
